Orders take about one month to process, not including shipping time. Shipping time varies depending on the destination, but typically takes 10 - 15 days by air, and 40 - 45 days by sea. Therefore, on average, the total time to receive your order would be 35 - 38 days by air, or 75 - 91 days by sea. |

Using a faster shipping method such as EMS (Express Mail Service) can cut shipping time in half. However, shipping costs will be significantly higher, and there is a weight limit of 30 kg per shipment. This method is more suitable for customers with small and express orders. |

Yes, but there are conditions. First, customized design requires two months to prepare. Second, you must order at least 8 colours per design and the minimum order for each colour is 300 units or more. |
